Help High School Special Education Teacher Madelene Stevens in Her Battle with Cancer

Dear friends, family, and community,

We are reaching out to ask for your support for our beloved aunt, Madelene Stevens. Aunt Mal has dedicated her life to helping others as a high school Special Education teacher, pouring her heart into her students every single day. Now, she faces her own difficult battle, and she needs our help.

Three weeks ago, Aunt Mal was admitted to the hospital and underwent major abdominal surgery. During this time, we received the unexpected news that she had a stage-3 tumor. While we are entirely focused on working to get her better and keeping her spirits high and focused on God, we do not know what the Lord has in store for the road ahead.

Because she has been in the hospital for weeks and faces extensive medical treatments ahead, the financial burden is quickly mounting. We want Aunt Mal to focus 100% of her energy on healing, rather than worrying about medical bills, living expenses, and lost income while she is away from her classroom.
