Please help Laura with her autoimmune medical needs

Hello,
I have had a long battle over the last 2 years with Chronic Fatigue and CVID, which is an autoimmune disorder. I am struggling each day as my health gets worse. Because of my medical issues, I am not able to work at all now. It is hard for me to do my daily care without help from another person. I want to be able to get treatment outside of the US, but I can not financially afford anything at all. I want to be able to buy health products, supplements, and things I need to help my immune system get better and have more energy. I am extremely low income and need your help, please, to be able to get the health care and assistance I so desperately need right now. Thank you , Laura
