Nigel’s Huntley Meadows Memorial Bench

We are raising money to place a memorial bench for our dad, Nigel Willis, at Huntley Meadows Park, a place that holds so many memories for our family.

Dad spent countless hours at Huntley Meadows. In many ways, we were raised in that park. He helped maintain trails, spent his time birdwatching and walking, and simply loved being surrounded by the wetlands, woods, wildlife, and quiet that made Huntley Meadows so special to him.

Creating a bench in his memory would give our family, his friends, and everyone who loved him a place to sit, remember him, and still spend a little time with him in one of the places where he was happiest.

We would be incredibly grateful for any contribution toward making this memorial possible. Whether you knew Dad personally or simply want to help us honor someone who loved this park so deeply, thank you for helping us create a lasting place for his memory at Huntley Meadows.
