In the middle of welcoming a new baby, the family is now facing a medical emergency that they cannot manage alone.
The support from this fundraiser will help El Jeilany and the family secure urgent medical treatment for their infant, including the surgery needed to give the baby a chance to survive. The plan is to seek treatment in a country with hospitals and skilled doctors who are able to perform this complex operation.
