Help me take to the Stars Airline dispatch

I am currently looking to raise money to attend a 5 week course in Airline Dispatch. I have been working in Healthcare for 6 years. I have worked as a patient transporter. An EMT on an ambulance and 4 years working in the Emergency room as an ER tech. My recent medical issues involving 3 surguries in the last 4 years on same shoulder. It is not feasible to work in the industry anymore. I am seeking help to pay for an Airline dispatch course because this year I have had to use alot of savings on my surguries and other issues that have arrived. I am married and have 2 kids. They all depend on me. The Airline dispatch course will help me provide for them by getting my lisence and working in a career that will not rely on my shoulders. The VA declined my educational benifits and I dont qualify for a loan. Please help me pay for this course so I can provide for my family in an industry that works for us. The goal is to covor the tuition only I would still have another $745 to pay after the course for the license exams. Any help is greatful.
