Help me keep my family's house and my stepfather at home

My mother passed away in December of 2025. It was her wishes that myself and my stepfather continued to live at our family house. We did so for 4 months until him and I were in a head-on collision. At that time he went to the hospital and was in there for about 3 months. During that time my step sister secretly arranged to have all of his bank accounts moved to another fund, had him removed from the hospital and did not tell me or my family members where he was. As of the beginning of April I have not seen or spoken to my stepfather. She will not tell me where he is or allow me to see him. She is also going on to sue me and civil court for elder abuse. She claims that the four months that we were together I did not pay any of his bills. Since she acquired power of attorney and all the money she has not paid any of the bills and I spend every day listening to repeated phone calls asking where their money is. I've reached out to an attorney who's overlooked the credit reports and agrees that everything was paid when I was in charge and nothing has been sent she has taken over. This is the true elder abuse. She is also trying to have my name removed from the title of the house and have me kicked out. I am currently in litigation to gain guardianship over my stepfather to pay his bills, take him to his medical appointments and most importantly bring him back home where he has expressed that he wants to spend out the remainder of his life. I'm not asking for a lot just $6,000 to pay off the retainer fee for the attorney. Thank you for your time and consideration
