What's up classmates? OK so this is how we are going to throw all proceeds and funds into one little pile.
So where I come up with this number is gonna be broke down so everybody understands where it's all coming from and as of right now the date will be 23rd which is a Friday. ( if we get the 150 together and reserve it ) There were zero venues open for the 24th anywhere around.
So if we don't come up with $150 to lock in this place soon then it's probably gonna change again.
But this is the breakdown and this is as absolute cheap as I can find I'm sure this place will spark some nostalgia because we used to have. dances in there all the time.
One of our classmates has volunteered to smoke and grill the food so give it up for RASHEEEEEDD JEFFERY EAST TEXAS STYLE SMOKE BBQ.
Where: Rusk civic center. ( by the city pool)
$300 total-$150 for reserve/ $150 more dollars upon picking up the keys to the building.
Entertainment by “SJ ENTERTAINMENT & DJ Services” $500
$300-$400 Est. for BBQ
(Couple of briskets, 10 or so racks of ribs, and sides )
$100 for decorations
$100-$150 for drinks.
And I'm not sure, but we're gonna look into seeing if this can be a BYOB.
$20/person $35/Couple
